If we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and attempt to provide additional notice by sending an email to the address associated with your account or through our Services. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the ProMe Sports. We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving ProMe. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

This page is used to inform App visitors and users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at ProMe Sports unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personal identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personal identifiable information may include but is not limited to your full name, age, location, weight, height, gender, email address, phone number, photos, personal bio, education, certifications and other info you enter ("Personal Information"). Coaching or athlete information may include but not limited to sports, sport position, training location, training, number of years of experience, certifications ("Coaching information"). When using our service we collect information such as mobile device hardware, operating system and its version ("Device information"). When you use our third party services such as FaceBook login and Gmail login, various information is transferred such as email address, name, photos, and whatever else you authorize. Many of our services let you share information with others. Remember that when you share information publicly, it may be indexable by search engines like Google. Where we can provide information access and correction, we will do so for free, except where it would require a disproportionate effort. We aim to maintain our services in a manner that protects information from accidental or malicious destruction. Because of this, after you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete residual copies from our active servers and may not remove information from our backup systems. The information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of ProMe if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:

  • meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
  • enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations.
  • detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.

We may share non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners – like publishers, advertisers or connected sites. For example, we may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of our services.

If ProMe is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of any personal information and give affected users notice before personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy. Again we will try our best to keep your personal information as safe as possible but remember no technology can guarantee 100% privacy, thus ProMe is not responsible for anything that happens on this app that may or may not cause problems of any sort. Log Data

Like many app operators, we collect information that the app sends whenever you visit our app ("Log Data"). We may use third-party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this data like location, gender, and age.


Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored in your device internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and to improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties may have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.


We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case We discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, We immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that We will be able to do necessary actions.

Google App indexing

By default, the personal content index only exists on the user’s device. None of the user’s personal content is uploaded to Google servers, and it only remains on the device while the app is installed. However, aggregated statistics about apps' usage of App Indexing and other system health information may be uploaded to Google servers. To view or delete any of the actions on public content you’ve logged in your app, users can go to Learn more about search activity or about Data Privacy at Google.

California Privacy

"The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), enacted in 2018, creates new consumer rights relating to the access to, deletion of, and sharing of personal information that is collected by businesses. It also requires the Attorney General to solicit broad public participation and adopt regulations to further the CCPA’s purposes. The proposed regulations would establish procedures to facilitate consumers’ new rights under the CCPA and provide guidance to businesses for how to comply." -

As we have described above; personal data is solely used for the ProMe app, it's servicing and for ProMe users to share information with other ProMe users. At this time ProMe Sports is not selling any personal information with anyone. If this changes, we will update this document and send an email to all ProMe users.

ProMe Sport uses Google's Firebase to authenticate, stores user information and all of users content including the videos uploaded by the user. See Google's Firebase terms and policies for more details.

The user information is collected only for the purpose to represent your ProMe profile. We do not use it for any marketing purposes. This data is stored until you the user have deleted your account from the profile settings or when an admin has banned you from the app. If an admin bans a user, the admin will delete all of the users data. Please use the delete button to delete your data from our system. If that automation fails to delete your account, please contact us at As of today there are no backups or archives of any of the data entered in the ProMe app, therefore deleting from Google's Firebase is permanent. If there is ever a breach, we will try our best to notify you within 72 hours of confirming a breach was done successfully. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
